Custom projects
Every Cliqly engagement is tailored to the client’s approved proposal. Before work starts, the proposal confirms the scope, payment schedule and delivery expectations for that project.
Advance-payment refunds
An advance payment is refundable when Cliqly has made a miscommitment on its side in relation to the agreed project scope. The refund request must be made within 7 days of the billing date.
How to request a refund
Email ishus9@gmail.com with your name, invoice or billing reference, project details and a description of the miscommitment. We will review the request against the accepted proposal and communicate the outcome by email.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as early as possible. Any work already completed, committed production costs or third-party advertising spend are handled according to the accepted proposal and applicable law.
