S R Enterprises, operating under the brand Cliqly, provides custom digital marketing, social media management, content production and related creative services. The exact services, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities for an engagement are set out in the written proposal or agreement accepted by the client.
Proposals, fees and payments
Each project is custom-quoted. Payment amounts, due dates, advance requirements and any third-party advertising spend are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may begin only after the agreed advance or payment milestone is received.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, timely approvals and any material they ask Cliqly to use. Clients must have the rights and permissions required for logos, photographs, music, products, accounts and other material they provide.
Creative work and approvals
Cliqly will deliver work according to the approved scope. The number of revisions, approval process and handover terms are stated in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, timeline or both.
Refunds and cancellation
Our cancellation and refund process is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts serving Jalandhar, Punjab, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
